I had a bridal shower in the day time and another wedding to go to at night. I decided to wear the same dress for both events, but created separate styling and makeup looks for a smooth transition. The Hollister lavender lace dress is perfect for spring and can be styled two ways. For the day time, I wore a slouchy oversized cream sweater from Aritzia and paired it with some black flat sandals. For the night time, I wore a thin black cardigan from Juicy Couture and paired it with some black pumps from Shoedazzle.
For the bridal shower, I kept the eye makeup minimal (lavender and cream shades), light blush, and just some lip gloss. I left my hair naturally straight to keep the outfit low key.
For the wedding, I added more eye makeup (more lavender and a darker purple shade), false lashes, bronzer and blush, and a fuchsia lipstick. Lastly, I curled my hair with a curling iron and clipped my bangs up.
